Here is some information you will want to Know-Before-You-Go.
Getting Here
All sessions for this Continuing Medical Education (CME) conference will take place at the Honolulu Country Club – address and main phone number above. Registration Table will be outside of Room 2.
Complimentary parking is available. The presentations will take place in Room 2. Exhibiting vendors will be in the Foyer outside Room 2.
Registration
You may sign in and pick up your registration materials over breakfast on Saturday at 7:30am at the Registration desk outside the Ballroom. The final program is available online. Our first session will begin at 7:45am.
Green Conference - Get printouts in advance or use free Wi-Fi
Please know that the HAOPS Primary Care Update is “green”. Wi-Fi will be available in the conference room. There will be printed copies available only of the final Program-at-a-Glance and the links and Wi-Fi password you will need on site.
All other documents – including complete Syllabus and speaker slides or handouts are now available online at https://hawaiiosteopathic.org/cme2024. If you want to have hard copies to write on, please be sure to download, print and bring those before you come to the conference as hard copies will not be provided.
Breaks/Exhibits
There will be a short coffee break at 9:45am and lunch will be served from Noon-1:00p.m. You may also use this time to visit the exhibits.
CME Credits – Combined Evaluation and Attendance Attestation Survey
The conference will conclude at 5:00pm. Remember to take your on-site handout with you in order to access the combined online evaluation survey and attendance attestation form. No CME credits may be granted without completing, signing and submitting this combined survey.
The Deadline to do this is MONDAY, JUNE 10, 2024. After that there is a $25 late processing fee. Survey is NO LONGER available after June 30, 2024.
