Welcome to HAOPS Primary Care Update 2023

Thank you for registering for the 2023 HAOPS Primary Care Update this Saturday, June 24 at the Mid-Pacific Country Club at 266 Kaelepulu Dr. Kailua, HI 96734. Here is some information we’d like you to “Know Before You Go.” 

Getting Here

Directions to the Mid-Pacific are available online at https://www.mpcchi.org/Contact.  Please be aware that if you are planning to commute via the H3 freeway, it will be closed in both directions from 7am to 5pm for scheduled roadwork. 

Complimentary parking is available. The presentations will take place in the Ka’ohao Ballroom in the Clubhouse. Exhibiting vendors will be in the Lanikai Room, and Lunch will be served on the Lanai Poolside.

Registration 

You may pick up your registration materials over breakfast on Saturday at 7:30am at the Registration desk outside the Ballroom.  The final program is available online.  Our first session will begin at 8:00am. 

Please know that the HAOPS Primary Care Update is “green”. There will be some printed copies available but please, download online before attending the conference. You can find the course syllabus to download online beginning today. Also note that there is Wi-Fi available – the password is Lanikai808.

Lunch will be served from 12:15-1:00p.m. You may also use this time to visit the exhibits. 

The conference will conclude at 5:30pm – remember to turn in your evaluation form to get the attendance attestation form. It’s best to turn both in before you head home, since no CME credits may be granted without the evaluation and attendance form.
