There are two websites for speakers: Online Speaker Form and HAOPS Speaker Resource Web Page
ONLINE SPEAKER FORM – TIPS:
A. First step - please be sure to review all speaker/faculty policies. Complete policies and presentations information are available on the HAOPS Speaker Resource web page
B. Attachments up to 10 MB may be uploaded to the Online Speaker Form where you see an “upload” link. You’ll need to upload from a device that has the correct document on it already. If a document is more than 10MB or is too large to send as an email attachment, please contact CME staff to arrange alternate method.
C. A link will be sent in April for uploading your Presentation Slides and any Handouts. Please submit those by Friday, May 10, 2024.

4. Additional Information
Faculty Compensation, CME Credits and Speaker Evaluations
Each presenter will receive speaker CME credit for each lecture they offer. Any additional CME credits granted for attending are based on your Evaluation and Attendance Attestation form. HAOPS is pleased to offer complimentary registration to all speakers. Please indicate on the Speaker Information Form if you wish to be registered.
We know that your time and expertise are worth much more, and we truly appreciate your participation in this important endeavor.
Evaluations for the overall conference and speakers will be collected immediately following the conference and a summary of your evaluations will be emailed to you after that.

What information should be included in my biosketch?
This should be a short professional biography that outlines your qualifications and expertise.
While personal details are interesting and often entertaining, they are not required.
What are appropriate Learning Objectives?
What is the learner expected to achieve or be able to do to address the identified professional
practice gap(s) after the activity? Learning Objectives are statements detailing what the
participating physicians should have learned or mastered by the end of your presentation.
Examples include: correction of outdated knowledge and the acquisition of new knowledge in
specific areas, mastering new skills, alteration of behaviors or attitudes, etc. Includes at least
one (1) learning objectives reflective of achievement of AOA Core Competencies. A good
resource for writing learning objectives can be found at https://tips.uark.edu/using-blooms-
taxonomy/. Another, more compact resource is the attached chart of Useful Verbs for Writing
Learning Objectives.
What is a Practice Gap Analysis?
Your Practice Gap Analysis Must: Be conducted on an annual basis for repeated activities.
Produced for each topic. Based on current data and analysis. Documented with at least one
evidenced-based source.
