Getting Here

All sessions for this Continuing Medical Education (CME) conference will take place at the 53 By The Sea – address and main phone number above.  

Complimentary parking is available at the front of the restaurant. The Registration desk will be outside of the conference room on the 2nd floor.The presentations will take place in the conference room. Exhibiting vendors will be in an adjacent room.

Registration 

You may sign in and pick up your registration materials on Saturday at 7:30am at the Registration desk outside the conference room on the 2nd floor.  Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast before our first session begins at 8:00 am. Below you'll find the final program schedule.

Green Conference - Get printouts in advance or use free Wi-Fi

Please know that the HAOPS Primary Care Update is “green”.  Wi-Fi will be available in the conference room.  There will be printed copies available only of the final Program-at-a-Glance and the information you will need on site.  

All other documents – including complete Syllabus and speaker slides or handouts are now available online at https://hawaiiosteopathic.org/cme2026.  If you want to have hard copies to write on, please be sure to download, print and bring those before you come to the conference as hard copies will not be provided.

Breaks/Exhibits

There will be a short coffee break from 10-10:15am and lunch will be served from 12:15-1:30pm. You may also use this time to visit the exhibits. 

CME Credits – Combined Evaluation and Attendance Attestation Survey

The conference will conclude at 1:30pm.  Remember to complete and sign the combined evaluation survey and attendance attestation form before you leave.  These  evaluations are used to improve our offerings each year, fitting them to your needs, so please take a few minutes to complete them. No CME credits may be granted without completing, signing and submitting this combined survey on-site, today. 

This Survey will not be available after today, September 19, 2026.
